This division was open to the general public as well as British Sugarcraft Guild members of all levels.
Judging is in line with the current BSG guidelines.
PD A - Single Tiered Cake
A cake or dummy coated in buttercream, royal icing or sugarpaste with the theme “1960s”.
PD B - Knife Spray
A spray of flowers and/or foliage for a cake knife with the theme “A May Day Wedding”.
PD C - Charity Cake
A cake or dummy coated in royal icing or sugarpaste to represent a registered charity. The charity must be clearly identifiable. Visitors made a contribution to a collection tin and voted for their favourite cake. £170.94 was donated to the British Heart Foundation
