We currently have 6 branches who run Cygnets groups and some of our Adult branches will allow children at their meetings under the supervision of an adult and by arrangement.

Over the past few weeks the Region Rep's have been busy setting up competitions for you to take part in whilst we are all in lock down. Above are details of the current one with the theme of Circus.

We also have a delightful Bunnies work sheet which Steven Kirkby kindly wrote for our website. We would love to see photos of the your bunnies.

 

Unfortunately the Cakes & Sugarcraft Show, has been postponed until Saturday 21st May 2022 and there are lots of ways that Cygnets and children can get involved and take part.

The Cygnet Group project is a display table of Cygnets work, the 2022 show theme is “Seasons”. Groups start work on them in around January, To take part you need to be a member of a group.

​

If you are not a member of a branch you will be able to enter the general competition. There are a range of themes that are open to all children both as guild and non guild members. The Schedule should be available on the website in the next few weeks, watch for the competition schedule under the exhibition pages. (There are rules to comply with but advice and help are always on hand).

There are also several children’s have a go sessions during the day. You can book one free children's Have a go ticket when you buy a child's entry ticket in advance for £3.00. Full details will advertised soon, tickets are given on a first come first served basis and will be available from February 2022. Other sessions can then be booked on the day.
