The British Sugarcraft Guild (BSG) is made up of 7 regions after 1 region joined with the surrounding areas. Region 8 is based in the south east of the country and has 24 branches all around the region, Canterbury, Mid Hants, Hillingdon and Folkestone to name a few. Region 8 is a very active region and our branches hold demonstrations, workshops and swap ideas. Some branches sell sugarcraft products at the meetings. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experts and some members just come to watch.

Click here to find a Branch and come along as a visitor and meet our friendly members. We love seeing new skills, old techniques revamped and watching skills demonstrated. See the current Regional Newsletter or visit the Diary to find out what branches are doing and for Events around the country.

As a member of the BSG you will receive a quarterly newsletter in magazine format, containing news on exhibitions, articles, photographs, advice and much more. If you can not get to a meeting you can become an individual member, contact National Office.

The Aims of the Guild are:

To promote and stimulate interest in Sugarcraft as an art form

To share knowledge

To develop talent

To improve standards

Our region organises an exhibition every other year, the next one is on Saturday 8th May 2021 at the South of England Showground, Ardingly. For more information click here.
